Customer Service Policy
Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd endeavours to send all stocked items the same day your order is received. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once the goods have been passed to the carrier.

In the unlikely event of a stock shortage or in the expectation of delivery delays Trackstick Australia will notify you within 3 working days of the date of your online purchase, notification will be in electronic format unless you include telephone contact details in your submission.

Payment and Shipping Policies

• All products are sent from our Perth distribution centre upon receipt of the payment.
• All prices - including shipping are quoted inclusive of GST.
• We do need your phone number and your e-mail details so that you can be contacted in case of any changes to your order.
• Overseas deliveries must be arranged with us directly - please call us with your order and payment details or fax in the purchase order instead.

Delivery Options and Rates (within Australia only)

• AU$15.00 for single item/device. Delivery to most capitals overnight

The majority of our freight is sent out by Australia Post Express Post Platinum service that requires a signature from customer upon delivery and can be Internet tracked via: www.auspost.com.au

Note: Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by contacting info@trackstickonline.com.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

International Parcels
For International mail we use Australia Post ‘Express Courier International Prepaid Products' where we can send single Trackstick's internationally to the following Zones:
1. Zone A $58.95
2. Zone B Asia/Pacific $60
3. Zone C USA/Canada/Middle East $60
4. Zone D Rest of world $65

Payment Options
Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd does not accept purchase orders but can supply an invoice for pre-payment

Money Orders:
Payable to Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd. If you have used our online order form, please send money order with relevant details and the purchase ID number from the order. Your order will be sent when we receive the money order.
 

Cheques:
Payable to Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd. If you have used our online order form, please send cheque with relevant details on the back to match order form details. Your order will be sent once the funds have been cleared.

Export Restrictions
The export of goods from Australia is controlled by laws and Government policies to:

1. Prohibit the export of certain goods either absolutely or conditionally; and
2. Adequately record Australia's international trade.

Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd (www.trackstickonline.com) will export to most overseas countries (excluding USA and Canada) in circumstances where we are not prohibited from so doing.

Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the following license agreement. Please read this agreement carefully.

Trackstick Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software ("Software") in binary executable form in the normal operation of the applicable Trackstick products. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain in Trackstick. This license is personal to you and you may make copies of the software only for your personal use. You agree that this license agreement does not need to be signed for it to take effect.

The software is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind -- either expressed or implied -- including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Trackstick does not warrant the performance of the software or that the software will meet your requirements or operate error free.

You acknowledge that this Software is the property of Trackstick Inc and is protected under United States of America copyright laws and international copyright treaties. You further acknowledge that the structure, organization, and code of the Software are valuable trade secrets of Trackstick Inc and that the Software in source code form remains a valuable trade secret of Trackstick. You agree not to de-compile, disassemble, modify, reverse assemble, reverse engineer, or reduce to human readable form the Software or any part thereof or create any derivative works based on the Software.

You agree that the use of all Trackstick GPS products are for personal location based data retrieval only. It is illegal to track someone without approval or use any tracking product in any vehicle that is not legally owned by the tracking system operator. The user of this software agrees to hold Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd harmless for any damage, injury or loss caused through the use of Trackstick products.

You agree not to export or re-export the Software to any country in violation of the export control laws of Australia and its Territories.

Warranty & Refunds:

Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd warrants the user software, firmware and electronic parts against defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days. There is no service or maintenance in connection with any Trackstick product. We will replace any defective unit returned in its complete and original condition and may repair or replace failed units and will pay all costs associated with such repair and replacement. Proof of purchase must be provided before returning goods for warranty. $35.00 per item will be charged for NO FAULT FOUND on warranty goods.

Returns:
With Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd prior approval, faulty units may be returned for internal testing and trouble shooting of manufacturing defects. Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd will only accept returns from customers who:

1. Obtain a Returned Materials Authorisation ("RMA") number from us by email.
2. Adequately package the product(s) for safe shipping
3. Ship the product to the address provided by Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd

Trackstick Australia Pty Ltd will return any repaired merchandise prepaid. We do not issue refunds.
